Please check your email and reference this schedule for any training weekend updates, particularly when inclement weather may impact training. We look forward to an amazing 2025 Nexus season! Nexus training weekends will reflect the following age groups:
Looking for MAKE-UP Session Information? We understand that conflicts arise with packed spring schedules, and we want to make sure we are serving our members and participants as well as possible. This includes make-up sessions when you are unable to make a session or two at your home site for the regular Nexus training sessions (this form does NOT include Selection Camp or Nexus Championships make-up requests). Please complete this MAKE-UP SESSION REQUEST to the best of your ability. For families with multiple players requesting make-ups, please complete a separate form for each player. As a reminder, absences do not have to be made up for players to be eligible for Selection Camp. However, players will only be evaluated on the sessions they attend and players have a maximum of two make-up dates allowed. The form will ask you to share: Contact Email Address Player Name Player Membership Number (USAFH) Home Site Confirmation Home Site Date(s) to be Missed Make-Up Site Date(s) you are Requesting to Attend We ask that all requests for make-ups are submitted at least 10 days before the site you request to attend runs. This will allow enough time to build appropriate rosters for sites and communicate site details in a timely manner. Of course, if something comes up later (we understand, life happens), complete the form and email me to see if we can accommodate a late request. Looking for Financial Aid and/or Boarding School Information? Financial aid is available for the Nexus 2025 season and applications are now live. Complete this Financial Aid Application to be considered for financial aid. The deadline to apply for financial aid for the Nexus 2025 season is February 1, 2025. The National Office will review all financial aid applications and be in touch with updates. Are you attending boarding school in a region that is different than your home address? Please complete our Boarding School form so that we can communicate the appropriate Nexus Region information to you. *Schedule is subject to change. NEXUS is for dedicated field hockey players committed to their own development. The program brings field hockey players together with experienced coaches trained in The USA Way. This unique coaching platform provides a unified framework for how we think about the game of field hockey across the country. From player development and technical skills, to how players can own their personal development, this program aims to help dedicated athletes be the best they can be. USA Field Hockey is pleased to be building and strengthening our partnership with Osaka America, and appreciates Osaka’s support of both our U.S. Men’s and Women’s National Teams and our Nexus, Olympic Development Pathway Program. Our national and junior national team athletes and coaches have been impressed with style and quality of Osaka’s products and high-performance gear and apparel, and we know our Nexus players and coaches will be as well.
