USA Field Hockey

Region 4 has 5 locations - if you have been assigned to a location, but another location is geographically more convenient, please email RDM4@usafieldhockey.com to request a site change. 

Our 5 site locations are: Rochester, Binghamton, Carmel, Albany and Long Island. Each site meets for THREE weekend camps. See below for each location and their three weekends. All camps feature this tentative time frame. Start times and end times vary slightly by location, but this is our sample schedule for all sites and all camps:

Rochester:

Carmel:
