The 2022 National Indoor Festival (NIF) will be featuring several exciting age division categories including U-10 & U-12 Co-Ed, U-14 Girls, U-16 Girls, U-19 Girls, U-17 Boys, and Recreational Co-Ed.
Registration for all divisions will be open and first come first served beginning on Wednesday, November 3rd at 12:00pm EST. Registration will close initally on Friday, December 10th, 2021 or once the offered divisions are full.
U-10 & U-12 Co-Ed, U-14 Girls, U-16 Girls, U-19 Girls, U-19 Boys, Recreational Co-Ed Division: $1,100
REGISTRATION DEPOSIT OPTION:
All divisions will be able to submit a deposit to reserve their team spots in the 2021 National lndoor Festival. Teams who select the deposit option will pay an initial payment per team, then full payment for each team must be received by December 10th, 2021 at 11:59pm EST. Teams not paid in full by December 10th will be subject to cancellation without refund. Deposits put down for each team are non-refundable once submitted. Cancellations after the December 10th deadline are non-refundable.

With hotels being in high demand during President's Day weelend, USA Field Hockey has teamed up with Team Travel Source as the official housing provider to make sure the best quality hotels are available during this time of year at the best possible rates available. Refund Information: All balances are due by the final payment deadline of Friday December 10th, 2021. Refunds will not be granted after this date except for the COVID-19 policy below.
COVID-19 Policy - Should USA Field Hockey cancel the event due to federal, state or local mandates related to COVID-19, all teams will be refunded the full tournament fee MINUS a $100 processing/administrative fee. Refunds will be processed 7-10 business days from the announcement of cancellation. If COVID-19 travel restrictions/mandates forbid a clubs movement out of state/country, refunds will be given on a case by case basis. Any withdraws or cancellations on the clubs behalf, even if due to COVID-19 concerns, will be subject to USA Field Hockey’s Refund Policy. If requested within open registration deadline then a refund would be granted minus admin fee. If final payment deadline has past no refunds will be granted. All requests to cancel or withdraw must be made in writing to Madeline Hoeppner, USA Field Hockey's Events and Club Services Manager, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
