Tournament Details


REGISTRATION DEPOSIT OPTION:

U-10 & U-12 Co-Ed, U-14 Girls, Adult Men, Adult Women, and U-19 Boys registrants will be able to submit a deposit to reserve their team spots in the 2022 National lndoor Tournament. Teams who select the deposit option will pay an initial payment per team outlined below, however, full payment for each team must be received by December 1st, 2021 at 11:59pm EST. Teams not paid in full by December 1st will be subject to cancellation without refund. Deposits put down for each team are non-refundable once submitted. Cancellations after the December 1st deadline are non-refundable.

U16 Girls and U19 Girls teams that have qualified for the 2022 National Indoor Tournament must accept the invitation and have payment submitted in full by Monday, January 31st.

Housing

As reminder, the 2022 USA Field Hockey National Indoor Tournaments and National Indoor Festival are Stay to Play events. In order to participate in the tournament, all teams are required to book their lodging through our housing partners, Team Travel Source (TTS) or Apex Events. Any reservations booked through a third-party provider (i.e. hotels.com, Expedia, Hotwire, etc.), booked directly with the property, or through any method other than through Team Travel Source and Apex Events will NOT fulfill the lodging requirement.

U-14 Girls: Friday, February 18: 10am-9pm

Saturday, February 19: 7am-10pm

Sunday, February 20: 7am-10pm

Monday, February 21: 7am-5pm

U-10/U-12 Co-Ed: Friday, February 25: 10am-8pm

Saturday, February 26: 7am-8pm

Sunday, February 27: 7am-5pm

U-19: Friday, February 25: 10am-9:30pm

Saturday, February 26: 7am-10pm

Sunday, February 27: 7am-6:30pm

U-16 Girls: Friday, March 4: 10am-9pm

Saturday, March 5: 7am-10pm

Sunday, March 6: 7am-7pm

Refund Information: 

All balances are due by the final payment deadline of Wednesday, December 1st, 2021. Refunds will not be granted after this date except for the COVID-19 policy below.

COVID-19 Policy - Should USA Field Hockey cancel the event due to federal, state or local mandates related to COVID-19, all teams will be refunded the full tournament fee MINUS a $100 processing/administrative fee. Refunds will be processed 7-10 business days from the announcement of cancellation. If COVID-19 travel restrictions/mandates forbid a clubs movement out of state/country, refunds will be given on a case by case basis. Any withdraws or cancellations on the clubs behalf, even if due to COVID-19 concerns, will be subject to USA Field Hockey’s Refund Policy. If requested within open registration deadline then a refund would be granted minus admin fee. If final payment deadline has past no refunds will be granted. All requests to cancel or withdraw must be made in writing to Madeline Hoeppner, USA Field Hockey's Events and Club Services Manager, at mhoeppner@usafieldhockey.com.
