Registration opens Thursday, September 15 at 12:00 p.m. ET.

COMPETITION HOURS

Friday, January 27: 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. ET
Saturday, January 28: 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. ET
Sunday, January 29: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. ET

COMPETITION fORMAT

Five (5) game minimum, six (6) game max. Games will be 2x25 minute halves, with 5 minute halftime and 5 minute change. 

IF shootouts are needed, they will take place on another field (TBD) with 3 shooters

REFUND INFORMATION

Upon registering, Clubs have held their spot with a $300.00 non-refundable non-transferable deposit. Fees paid, excluding the $300.00 non-refundable non-transferable deposit, will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received prior to the final payment date of Tuesday, November 15, 2022. No refunds of any kind will be granted if cancellation is made after the final payment date (November 15th).  

All requests for cancellation/refund must be made in writing to events@usafieldhockey.com.

Please note: The event may be subject to availability, capacity limits and eligibility requirements and may be subject to delay, change or cancellation due to inclement weather. Registration application deadline is subject to change due to volume of applications and event capacity.

TRANSPORTATION

Disney is no longer providing transportation to ESPN WWS. Disney’s Magical Express service will no longer be offered starting with arrivals January 1, 2022. The service will continue to operate for new and existing reservations made at Disney Resort hotels for arrivals throughout 2021. Please plan accordingly!

ROSTER INFORMATION:

Roster Deadline: Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. ET. After the roster deadline a $50 late fee will be applied. You are still able to edit rosters until the roster lockdown date.

Roster Lockdown: Friday, January 20, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Team Registration Includes:

• Top college coaches recruiting
• Medals and trophies for top finishing teams

Tournament Policies:

• All teams must be members in good standing of a club recognized as a Club Member of USA Field Hockey at time of registration application.
• All athletes and coaches are required to book through Team Travel Source, to participate in this stay-to-play event. For more information, contact Team Travel Source
• All teams are required to input their tournament roster, including coaching staff, into the online system. Individual USFHA memberships will be verified at that time.
• Upon acceptance into the tournament, your team entry fee must be paid in full by the deadline communicated. Any teams that cancel after November 15th, 2022 will forfeit their entry fee with no refund.
