THIS IS AN INVITE ONLY EVENT

We are excited to extend an invitation for you to attend the upcoming free Coach Educator Training hosted by USA Field Hockey. The event will be held in Charlotte, North Carolina on May 15th and 16th. As an added bonus, you may also register for the High-Performance Summit scheduled for Wednesday, May 17th (8:00-6:00 p.m.) and Thursday, May 18th (8:00-4:30 p.m.). As a thank you for registering for the Coach Educator Training, we're offering a special 'coach educator' price of $65 if you register for the  High Performance Summit, which is priced at $125. Consider it our way of showing appreciation for your dedication to improving the field of coaching.

This invitation is exclusively for Coach Educators that have delivered Coach Education programming. Alternatively, you have been identified as having the potential to become a highly skilled Coach Educator.

The aim of the Coach Educator Training is to enhance your understanding of the content and equip you with the best delivery methods to impart USA Field Hockey Coach Education programs effectively. The training includes classroom sessions and on-field practicals to ensure a well-rounded learning experience.

Attending this training provides a fantastic opportunity for Coach Educators to enhance their skills and improve their coaching abilities. In addition to deepening your knowledge, you'll also get to observe an inter-squad training match with the US Women's National Team and engage with Head Coach David Passmore and his staff. Passmore refers to himself as a "Pracademic". Passmore has lectured in Coaching Science & PE at Dublin City University and holds a Doctorate in elite coach development. He's also a mentor on the EHF Top Coach Program and an Educator with the FIH Academy program, making him an invaluable contributor to this year’s Coach Educator Training.

With the Women's National Team now based in Charlotte, North Carolina, exciting professional development opportunities like these will continue to be offered in the future. Don't miss your chance to interact with fellow experts in the game and learn more about the role of a coach educator. Make sure to make plans to attend the HP Summit, Wednesday, May 17 (2:30 pm) -Thursday, May 18 (ends at 5:00 p.m.) and make the most out of this invaluable experience.

At our core, we strive to establish a network of seasoned mentors who are devoted to nurturing and motivating the next wave of professional coaches. We firmly believe that by sharing your expertise and passion for coaching, you can help shape the future of the profession. That's why we are extending an invitation to you to join us in refining and enhancing your coaching skills as well as your skills as a Coach Educator. We request that you be available to provide educational experiences to coaches nationwide. If you are able to commit to delivering at least one or more certification clinics per year, we invite you to register and become a valued member of our community of coaches and educators. If your schedule just doesn't permit you to attend, but you are still very interested in future opportunities, please contact us at coaching@usafieldhockey.com
