Larry’s step-daughter, Riley, with the assistance of one of Larry’s closest friends and graphic designer, Josh, created this sticker to honor and remember her father and for others to enjoy. Riley wanted to create something that represented who Larry was and what he stood for, so she drew her idea on a sheet of paper. Larry was a colleague, teammate, coach, manager, veteran and above all, a devoted husband to Abbey and father to Riley and Eli.
“We started with the fish because Larry’s faith was the foundation for everything in his life”, stated Riley. “The USA flag and desert camo pattern on the hockey sticks represents his love and dedication to USA Field Hockey as a coach, manager and Olympian and his service to our country as a Staff Sergeant in the Infantry. The heart shows our love for him and his unconditional love for others. The heart outlines the number 3, the USA Field Hockey jersey he wore proudly as a member of the U.S. Men’s National Team and Atlanta 1996 Olympic Team.”
All proceeds will go directly toward the Larry Amar Family Fund.
