As elite athletes in a high performance environment, the food the U.S. Women's National Team puts into their bodies plays an integral role in their development. What they do off the field is just as important as what they do on the field. Everything they eat helps fuel them to run faster, be stronger on the ball, hit the ball harder and be more explosive.
